Dear Nurse Leader,
As we continue to address the issues of Racism and Implicit Bias within our Healthcare system, it is essential to raise awareness while continuing to lead efforts to educate and equip nurses on the topic. The American Nurse Association (ANA) and other national nursing organizations (NNOs) are working diligently to provide Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) training, resources, and policies to assist nurses’ attempts to promote healthy and fair practices to the population they serve.
ANA is seeking additional information regarding what policies and resources NNOs offer their nurse professionals in their organization. Please take a moment to complete the short survey at the link below. The survey will close, Thursday, September 30th, 2021. By clicking “link” and continuing with the survey, you are providing your consent. Please see the Disclaimer below for additional information.
